Diagnose
Establish what is actually creating the pressure—not just the most visible symptom.
Decision architecture for small businesses
I help founders and small teams identify where decisions repeat, ownership is unclear, and work relies on memory or improvisation—then turn that pressure into simple systems that hold.

Establish what is actually creating the pressure—not just the most visible symptom.
Remove unnecessary decisions, steps, options, and ambiguity before adding anything new.
Create clear rules, ownership, templates, and decision paths that reduce repeated interpretation.
What is happening
You approve exceptions, explain the same things, hold context, and fix gaps that the business itself cannot yet carry.
Reframe
It is the cost of making too many things require interpretation every single time.
No generic strategy deck. No automatic demand for more tools, marketing, automation, or staff.
The intervention may be a rule, a clearer offer, a template, defined ownership, a workflow, or a controlled pilot. The point is to solve the upstream problem with the smallest useful change.
A clear account of the primary constraint, the evidence supporting it, and the unknowns that still matter.
Rules, responsibilities, thresholds, templates, and escalation paths for work that should not be reinvented.
The smallest practical next move, its cost and risk, and an observable condition for knowing whether it worked.
The diagnosis separates facts, symptoms, assumptions, and structural causes before recommending an intervention.
One route is for an operating business. The other is for an idea that needs pressure-testing before more time, money, or marketing.

Diagnosis
For an operating business where decisions, delivery, or knowledge depend too heavily on one person.

Diagnosis
For an idea that needs reality, audience definition, and a viable path before it becomes a larger commitment.

AI, perception, and authorship for schools, universities, and creative institutions.

“Structure is so deep in us. We put it in stories we tell our friends... We want it. It’s how we create meaning.”
NORTE turns that instinct from unconscious storytelling into deliberate decision architecture.

I’m Diogo Galvão.
I came to this work through tourism, delivery, communication, and the repeated experience of seeing good ideas lose force because too much remained unclear, manual, or dependent on one person.
Training across Media & Society, NLP, coaching, and sales gave me additional ways to examine perception, behaviour, communication, and decisions under pressure. The practical ground came first.
NORTE exists to make businesses and ideas easier to understand, operate, and decide within. Technology helps where it makes sense. Judgment stays human.
